DJNeonX is a guy in his early 60s who got curious, fell in love with various electronic dance music (EDM) genres about a decade ago, and wanted to try my hand at composing in some of my favourite styles. Harder than I thought, but way more fun than I could have ever imagined.

I mainly compose pieces in one of three genres: Trance (melodic, progressive, psy, techno, and uplifting/hands-up), Techno (acid, breakbeat, deep, minimal, and peak time), and House (electro/big room, future, and tech), but sometimes experiment in a few subgenres of Garage (dubstep/two step, and future) and Chillout (downtempo and psybient). I have a Pioneer/AKAI/Roland/Sony/Ableton equipped space and use Mixxx and Shoutcast to stream.
